Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Estimates, allowances and change orders
Ballpark ranges shown on this website or given verbally are for planning only. A binding price exists only in a signed scope document with an allowance sheet. Allowances are budgeted amounts for selections not yet made, and a selection above the allowance changes the contract price by the difference.
Where we encounter a concealed condition, such as undisclosed water damage, non-compliant wiring or structural modification by a previous owner, work stops and we issue a written change order for your approval before proceeding.
Licensing and insurance
Buildwell Renovations holds the contractor registration and insurance stated on this site (sample details for this demo). Licensed trade partners carry their own licensing and insurance, which we verify annually. Certificates are available to clients on request, issued directly by our insurance agent.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship for three years from substantial completion, shower waterproofing we install for five years, and structural work for ten years, subject to the exclusions published on our warranty page. Manufacturer warranties on products pass through to you. Client-supplied materials are warranted for our installation only, not for the product itself.
